DANIEL CHATTERS

Daniel Chatters is a real estate investor. He obtained a Construction Management certificate from Pace University in 2020. He also completed the Real Estate Associate Program in 2017, which is a nationally recognized commercial real estate training program. He is an executive board member of the Council of Urban Real Estate in New York City, which is an organization composed of and sponsored by some of the country's top developers and commercial real estate firms. He holds a MBA from Florida A&M University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
Daniel Chatters served as a Program Manager at Citibank where he was a part of the Product Management team responsible for improving the collateral management process for billions of dollars in collateral (i.e., Commercial Real Estate, Aviation, Other Physical Assets, Cash, and Securities) held by the bank. He previously served as a Manager of Aviation Compliance at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. His responsibilities included creating and implementing initiatives to increase the utilization of diverse businesses in professional service contracts, participation in RFP approval committees for contract opportunities over $50 million, major capital projects, leases, and airport concessions opportunities. He also reviewed and analyzed contracts and leases to ensure compliance on multi-billion dollar redevelopment projects and all other contract opportunities.
Prior to joining the Port Authority of New York and Jersey, he served as a Vice President in Asset & Wealth Management at JPMorgan where he led business initiatives for regulatory projects. He also has over 10 years of experience as a management/technology consultant. As a consultant, he led several successful engagements that included strategic initiatives, compliance, finance transformation, operations, process reengineering, and technology. He helped numerous corporations, across industries, achieve millions in cost savings through leading initiatives that led to efficiency and effective process improvements.
