Our virtual event is a part of our week-long celebration to commemorate 30 years of championing for diversity and inclusion within commercial real estate and announcement of our Diversity Report.

CURE believes that best in class research on diversity and inclusion can develop talent, empower leaders, and reshape firms. We believe a more diverse industry will build more value for companies AND build a more equitable and just society.

The Mission of the Diversity Report is to draw from research on D&I and offer actionable & concrete steps for CRE industry leaders to implement organizational change, develop diversity pipelines, and redirect capital flow. The report will include primary data research, literature review and qualitative case studies.
