DEVON PRIOLEAU

DeVon actively practices ‘true inclusion’ of underrepresented professionals in the larger real estate industry. His leadership activities extend to being the newly appointed President of Council of Urban Real Estate (C.U.R.E.) as of February 2022.

One of his goals as C.U.R.E’s President is to adequately fundraise and develop relationships to increase sponsorship opportunities with corporate partners. C.U.R.E. is a non-profit, volunteer organization which relies on such funding to maintain our operations. Donations of any kind are also welcomed! DeVon continues to be as excited about the future of this organization as he was 13 years ago when I began serving on internal Committees. He looks forward to serving you all over the next year and finding opportunities to collaborate.

DeVon Prioleau is currently a Managing Principal of PRI-O-LEAU Development Group (PDG). DeVon uniquely combines his two areas of formal study (Architecture and Real Estate Development) to provide best-in-class strategic planning, development advisory, process management and technical building expertise within the public & private sectors. Projects range in size from 1,000sf to over 1.5Msf and include feasibility & market studies, community master planning, corporate interiors, residential, hospitality, retail, media & broadcast, infrastructure as well as modular construction (both domestically and internationally).

The Past 15 years were about the grind. My growth from an aspiring Project Coordinator, to a proven Project Manager, to recognized Project Executive and now, having put my 10,000 hours in, as an Industry Leader in the Project & Construction Management space. For the past decade and a half, I’ve worked with private and public investors, developers, owners, tenants and end-users to develop and implement design & construction “best practice” standards. My last 4-5 years specifically, have been centered on building “my personal brand”. A reputation of trust, reliability, sophistication, attention to detail, and most importantly, a contributor to the bottom line.

The Next 10 years will be about leveraging my experience and influence to continue leading Tier-1 design & construction professionals in delivering these multi-phased, multi-million-dollar real-estate programs & projects across sectors.

Outside of his day-to-day project & client obligations, DeVon’s role involves advising the Sr. Leadership Team on real estate market outlooks, development & construction trends, emerging innovations, and data driven technologies.

DeVon, native New Yorker (and proud Bronxite) with a proven track record of successful project management & construction management capacity, seeks to leave an imprint on NYC’s urban landscape and beyond! DeVon also serves as Executive Board Member of: Bronx Community Board #10; Martin Luther King Multi-Purpose Center; and the Arts & Business Council of New York (ABCNY).
